Refunds & Cancellations

This policy covers DevCentra™ (web and apps) and A-Zing credits used for it. DevCentra does not sell a separate desktop or mobile license.

1. A-Zing credits

  • Purchased credit packs are final and non-refundable once payment succeeds.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable between accounts.
  • Unused credits may be reviewed for an exceptional refund only at A-Zing’s discretion (for example, duplicate payment).

2. Day access (ETOW and ETEW)

  • ETOW costs 1 credit per local day. ETEW costs 2 credits per local day. Both unlock the same tools for the validity window you buy (today, multiple days, or auto-deduct).
  • Credits are consumed when the pass is activated.
  • Activated day passes are not reversed for a credit return, except where a verified platform fault blocked access for the whole paid period.
  • Lottery free ETOW awards (if any) have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. No credits / locked jobs

  • With no credits and no active day pass, you can still view job history.
  • New job creation stays locked until you buy credits and activate ETOW or ETEW.
  • History-only access is not a paid product and does not create a refund claim.

4. Web and apps

  • No separate desktop or mobile license is sold or required.
  • The same credit and access-pass rules apply on web and apps.
  • Optional desktop downloads do not include a paid license key; access remains credit-gated.

5. If a refund is approved

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or bank account, subject to the payment processor and your bank.
