Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern DevCentra™, provided by A-Zing Innovations on web, desktop, and mobile. By creating an A-Zing account, activating access, or using the tools, you agree to these Terms. They supplement the Privacy Policy and Refunds pages.

1. Account and devices

Access to tools requires an A-Zing account, an account license with a registered device (where the apps require it), and an active day-pass purchased with credits. There is no separate sold application license SKU.

You may register up to three devices in total, across any mix of computer, Mac, Linux, Windows, mobile, or tablet. Device type does not grant extra seats. You are responsible for revoking devices you no longer control.

2. Access: ETOW and ETEW

Both capabilities offer the same service catalog. You choose a capability and a duration (today, multiple days, or auto-deduct each local day).

• ETOW costs 1 credit per local day. Jobs take one file, except Join/Merge PDF which may take several files in one run. My Work for new jobs stays on the device that ran them.
• ETEW costs 2 credits per local day. You may batch several files in one run. My Work syncs across your registered devices.

Unused days are not refunded once a pass window is activated. Auto-deduct continues until credits are exhausted or you turn it off. Lottery free passes, if any, apply only to a 1-day ETOW activation and have no cash value.

3. Using the tools

• There is no job-count cap while a pass window is live.
• You are responsible for the files and form data you submit, including any personal data of others.
• StartUp document generators (invoices, NDAs, privacy policies, terms, and similar PDFs) are drafting templates only. They are not legal advice. Have counsel licensed in your jurisdiction review anything before you sign, publish, or rely on it.
• Optional passwords on compression or ZIP/PDF outputs encrypt that job’s files. If you lose the password, we cannot recover the content.
• SSH and SFTP connections you save are for hosts you are authorised to use. Dual-pane workspace sessions and last-host indicators do not grant extra access rights.

4. Files, My Work, and retention

Input and output files for a work item are kept on DevCentra for 29 days from submission, then emailed to your account address and deleted, unless you opt in to Keep my files in Access settings (default is off). After deletion, only a work record (not the file contents) may remain. You may delete file bytes from My Work at any time. You are responsible for copies you need beyond that window. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use DevCentra to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, to distribute malware, or to process data unlawfully. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. Connection tools are provided for your own infrastructure.

6. Credits and refunds

Credits are purchased through A-Zing. Credit packs and activated day passes follow the Refunds & Cancellations policy. History-only access with no live pass is not a paid product.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date above is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the update, except where law requires extra notice. Questions: Contact A-Zing.
