1. Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, A-Zing Innovations owns or is the licensee of all intellectual property in this website and our products and services, including DevCentra, KAY, FisCo, Splisten, ARC, AZIIPAN, AZI-GIT, MyGit, CERP, FTP, and related offerings. This includes software, source and object code, user interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, compilations, and the selection and arrangement of those materials.

Those materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws of India, the United Arab Emirates, and other jurisdictions.

2. Trademarks

A-Zing, the A-Zing logo, DevCentra™, and our other product names and marks are trademarks or trade names of A-Zing Innovations. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to identify our products in a truthful, non-misleading way.

3. Limited permission to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the website and the products you have paid for or been granted, solely for your lawful internal or personal use, as described in our Terms of Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute our content, software, or marks except as we expressly allow in writing or as required by applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example files, code, bank statements processed by FisCo, meeting audio in Splisten, or Innovation Reward Program ideas). You grant A-Zing a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service you requested. Innovation ideas remain yours until a legal agreement (MOU) is signed.

You must not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights. You are responsible for the content you provide.

5. Third-party material

Some libraries, fonts, or other components used on this website or in our products are owned by third parties and remain subject to their licences. Their inclusion does not transfer those rights to you.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this website or in an A-Zing product infringes your copyright, please contact us or email contact@a-zing.org with:

• a description of the work you claim is infringed;
• the URL or location of the material;
• your name, address, and email; and
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information you provide is accurate.

We will review notices and may remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
