Innovation Reward Program

If anyone comes up with a brilliant idea, we implement it, build a product out of it, and trademark it. We give 40% revenue as royalties to the person who owns the idea as long as the product makes sales. Furthermore, we offer a dedicated job role to the creator of that idea to lead its vision.
