Welcome to A-Zing Innovations. By accessing our website and using our AI-driven products (DevCentra, FisCo, KAY, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Our services operate on a flexible, pre-paid Universal Credit System.
• Universal Access: Purchased credits can be used across all A-Zing products.
• Consumption Models: Credits are deducted based on the specific product's pricing model, which may range from per-attempt charges (e.g., single API calls) to monthly subscription deductions.

Refund Policy: All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not process refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods under any circumstances. Credits are solely for use within the A-Zing platform.

2. AI Output Disclaimer

While our systems utilize state-of-the-art models, AI can make mistakes. You agree to verify critical outputs, especially in financial (FisCo) and regulatory (Lucid) contexts.

3. Innovation Reward Program Terms

For any ideas submitted through our Innovation Reward Program, we execute a legal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the submitter. We only proceed with product development after comprehensive discussions and mutual agreement with the person who submitted the idea. The 40% revenue royalty applies only as long as the product makes sales.
