1. Ownership
A-Zing Innovations owns or licenses the DevCentra software, user interface, service catalog, documentation, branding, and other original materials. Those materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
DevCentra and the DevCentra mark are trademarks of A-Zing Innovations. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to identify the product in a truthful, non-misleading way.
2. Limited permission to use
- Access is granted under the DevCentra Terms for the day-pass (ETOW or ETEW) and credits you purchase or are awarded.
- You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works of DevCentra except as we expressly allow or as required by law.
- Optional desktop or mobile downloads do not transfer ownership of the software. Access remains credit-gated and account-bound.
3. Your files and generated drafts
- You retain ownership of files and form data you submit. We process them only to run the tools you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- StartUp document generators produce drafting templates only. They are not legal advice and do not transfer A-Zing’s rights in the generator software to you.
- You must not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights.
4. Third-party material
Some libraries or components bundled with DevCentra remain owned by their licensors and are subject to their licences.
5. Copyright complaints
To report alleged infringement on DevCentra, contact A-Zing or email contact@a-zing.org with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
