Privacy Policy

A-Zing Innovations was established in India on 22 September 2022 and has a presence in the RaKeZ Economic Zone (UAE) from 19 February 2025. We believe privacy is a fundamental right. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our website and products, including DevCentra, Splisten, KAY, FisCo at fin-score.com, ARC, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, and profile details) and data generated from your use of our platform. We use usage metrics to calculate credit consumption, manage subscriptions, and provide our services. This includes per-attempt actions (e.g. API calls, quiz attempts) and subscription-based access records. We may also store your last login IP and approximate geographic region (derived from IP) for security, fraud prevention, and administrative purposes.

2. Shared A-Zing Account, Authentication & Credits

Authentication and credits are provided by A-Zing Innovations, not by each product separately.

• One account: Your A-Zing login (email, password or social sign-in, and related security data) is the account for the A-Zing platform. The same identity is used to sign in to A-Zing-owned products, including DevCentra, KAY, FisCo, Splisten, ARC, AZIIPAN, AZI-GIT, and other current or future A-Zing products, unless a product states otherwise. Eligible partner products — including APICentra — may also authenticate with this A-Zing account via public SSO instead of a separate Hub password.

• One credit wallet: Credits you buy, earn, or are granted are issued and recorded on your A-Zing account. Eligible products debit that same wallet. A product may show your balance and usage, but it does not issue a separate A-Zing credit currency. Partner usage such as APICentra call packs (1 credit = 50 API calls) is also deducted from this wallet.

• Share to Care: When you transfer wallet credits to another registered A-Zing user (or receive them), we process the sender and recipient account identifiers (including email), the amount, and a timestamp so we can move the balance, show ledger history, enforce the once-per-day and 50% caps, and notify both parties. Share records are account activity, not cash remittances.

• Shared account data: To operate this, we process your identity, login history, credit balance, purchase and spend records, Share to Care transfers, and access entitlements across those products. Product-specific files and content stay governed by the product sections below and any product privacy notice.

• Payments: Checkout and payment records for credits and packages are processed by A-Zing (currently via Razorpay) for the platform, even when you start a purchase from a product site.

3. Product-Specific Data

Certain products process specific data to function:

• FisCo (fin-score.com): FisCo runs at fin-score.com and uses your A-Zing account (no separate password). We store goal names, targets, optional product selections (e.g. car or home catalog items with indicative prices), progress logs, and daily spend entries you enter. We collect and analyze user-uploaded bank statements to generate income, spend, surplus, and investment suggestions. Retention: Uploaded bank statement files are removed 29 hours after upload. Analysis results (scores, suggestions, and structured summaries) are kept for 29 days. PDF reports are kept for 29 days, then emailed to your account email and deleted from FISCO storage. Goal data and wallet debit records are retained as needed for your account.

• KAY: We collect data on your quiz topics, answers, and scores to assess knowledge, personalize learning, and generate recommendations for exams or interviews.

• Splisten: Meeting and voice data you submit is processed to provide transcription, summaries, and action items. We retain and use this data only as necessary to deliver the service and as described in your agreement.

• DevCentra: Services are labeled Job / download or Copy on page. Job tools use files, job inputs/outputs, connection profiles, and related work data to run tools and sync your work across web, desktop, and mobile clients; those work files follow the retention rules in section 4. Copy-on-page tools (calculators whose result you copy) do not create a Job and do not store input or output work files on DevCentra. Your browser may keep a short local copy history on that device only (clearable by you); that history is not synced to A-Zing servers. We do not use your private files or code to train public AI models. There is no public share or public drop for your work files. See the DevCentra Privacy Policy and Job and Copy.

• ARC: Institution and student data (e.g. answer sheets, marks) are processed for answer review and compliance. Data is retained in accordance with your institution’s requirements and our agreement.

4. DevCentra File Retention (29 days)

For DevCentra, we apply a transparent file retention policy to Job / download work items. Copy on page tools do not create retained work files, so this section does not apply to them.

• Work files (uploaded inputs and generated outputs) are retained on our systems for 29 days from job submission.

• Before deletion, we email those files to the email address on your A-Zing account (from [email protected]) and keep a record that the notice was sent.

• After deletion, file contents are removed from DevCentra systems. A lightweight work record may remain in My Work (service name, submission and expiry dates, status, and file names)—not the file bytes.

• Incognito Job runs use a much shorter retention window and are not kept as lasting My Work history.

• Product-specific detail is also stated in the DevCentra Privacy Policy and on the DevCentra site under Job and Copy and Data policy.

5. Daily Quiz

When you participate in our Daily Quiz or similar promotions, we record your answers and whether you qualified for free credits. This data is used to award credits, prevent abuse (e.g. one reward per user per day), and improve our services. The full rules and conditions for the Daily Quiz (including eligibility, format, and rewards) are set out on our Daily Quiz Rules & Conditions page and are incorporated by reference in our Terms of Service.

6. AI & Model Training

We do not train our public AI models on your private data. Enterprise or dedicated instances are isolated where applicable, and your data remains your property in accordance with your agreement with us.

7. Innovation Idea Submissions

Ideas, documents, and concepts submitted through our Innovation Reward Program are treated as confidential. Your idea remains yours until a legal agreement (MOU) is signed. We do not use or disclose your submission except as necessary to evaluate it and, if agreed, to implement the MOU.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. We restrict access to personal data to those who need it to provide and support our services. Connection secrets you save in DevCentra are stored encrypted.

9. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Processors (such as hosting, payments, and email delivery) may process data only to provide the service. We may disclose data when required by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
