We collect information you provide directly (name, email) and data generated from your use of our tools. Specifically, we monitor usage metrics to accurately calculate Credit consumption. This includes tracking per-attempt actions (e.g., API calls, tokens) and maintaining records for subscription-based feature access. This data is strictly used for billing and account management.

2. Product-Specific Data Usage

Certain products require specific data to function effectively:

• FisCo: We collect and analyze user-uploaded bank monthly statements to generate financial scores and reports. Retention Policy: All uploaded bank statements are permanently deleted within 2 hours of submission. We only retain the generated score and analysis report.
• KAY: We collect data on your quiz topics, answers, and scores. This information is used to assess your knowledge level, help you prepare for competitive exams/interviews, and generate personalized learning suggestions.

3. AI Model Training

We do NOT train our public models on your private data. Enterprise instances are isolated and your data remains your property.

4. Innovation Idea Submissions

We understand the value of your ideas. Any intellectual property, documents, or concepts submitted through our Innovation Reward Program are treated with strict confidentiality. Your idea remains yours until a legal agreement (MOU) is signed.

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information both in transit and at rest.
