How do I create an A-Zing account?

Use Register with your email. We use email sign-in (no separate username). After verifying, you can open the Dashboard, Pricing, and product pages.

I forgot my password—what should I do?

Use the password reset flow from the Sign in page. If you no longer have access to your email, contact us from Contact with any details that help us verify ownership.

Where is my dashboard and what is it for?

After sign-in, open your Dashboard for credits, licenses, downloads, and recent activity. Product-specific actions (such as buying a DevCentra license with credits) may start from the product page and then return here.

Where are product descriptions and pricing?

The Products page lists all offerings. The Pricing page shows credit packs, All-Access, ARC and AZIIPAN institution tiers, and links to buy or sign in.

How fast do you reply to messages?

We aim for 24–48 business hours on Contact enquiries. Urgent production issues for paying customers are prioritized when clearly described.

Is there a public status page?

Yes—see Status for a lightweight view of the marketing site and a few dependencies. It is informational; use Contact for account-specific problems.
