How do I create an A-Zing account?

Where is my dashboard and what is it for?
After sign-in, open your Dashboard for credits, licenses, downloads, and recent activity. Product-specific actions (such as buying a DevCentra license with credits) may start from the product page and then return here.
Where are product descriptions and pricing?
How fast do you reply to messages?
We aim for 24–48 business hours on Contact enquiries. Urgent production issues for paying customers are prioritized when clearly described.
Is there a public status page?
Yes—see Status for a lightweight view of the marketing site and a few dependencies. It is informational; use Contact for account-specific problems.

What are A-Zing credits?
Credits are prepaid units in your A-Zing wallet. Many products charge a fixed number of credits per action (for example, a quiz attempt or an analysis). When you have enough credits, the product can deduct them automatically after you confirm the action.
Which products use my credit wallet?
Pay-per-use and metered features on products such as KAY, FisCo, and similar tools draw from the same wallet. Product pages list approximate credit costs. DevCentra and AZI-Git combine subscriptions or licenses with credit pricing—see each product for license renewal in credits (25 credits per DevCentra license and 250 credits per AZI-Git license at current settings).
What is the difference between credit packs and All-Access?
Credit packs add a balance you spend over time as you use eligible features. All-Access is a time-bound plan (30 days) that unlocks unlimited use of the included credit-based products for that window, without deducting credits for each action.
Which products are included in All-Access, and which are excluded?
All-Access includes unlimited use of: DevCentra, KAY, FisCo, Splisten for the plan period. Excludes ARC, AZIIPAN, and CERP (separate pricing). Those lines use separate institution or subscription pricing—buy them from their dedicated pages, not from the universal credit wallet.
What is the Individual tab versus Enterprise on Pricing?
Individual packs are sized for personal accounts and typical solo usage. Enterprise packs offer larger pools and show a validity period (for example, 180 days) suited to teams that procure centrally and share one organizational balance.
What does “validity” mean on enterprise packs?
Enterprise packs show how long the purchased pool is associated with your purchase record (e.g. 180 days from activation). Use this for finance and compliance planning. If you need a different term, choose Custom on the Pricing page and we will align the agreement to your policy.
How do I buy credits or All-Access?
Choose a pack on the Pricing page, then use Buy credits—you will be asked to sign in if you are not already. Checkout runs through our payment partners (Stripe for USD, Razorpay for INR) when live; dates may be shown on Pricing if checkout is not yet enabled.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Use the currency control on the Pricing page header to preview amounts in USD or INR. Your card or bank is charged in the currency offered at checkout for your region and processor. Geo-based defaults can be overridden while browsing.
How do free credits from the daily quiz work?
After you accept the quiz rules, you get one attempt per calendar day. If you answer every question correctly, we add 10 bonus credits to your wallet. Partial scores do not earn credits that day—you can try again the next day. Open Quiz rules before playing.
Do ARC or AZIIPAN institution packages use my wallet credits?
No. ARC and AZIIPAN are sold as institution packages (monthly tiers, demos, and contracts). Use the ARC and AZIIPAN sections on Pricing and each product page to compare limits—not the universal credit grid.
Where can I see my balance and purchase history?
After sign-in, open your Dashboard. Your credit total, licenses, and recent activity appear there. Use the same account across all A-Zing products so balances stay in sync.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
Displayed pack prices are the list amounts in the selected currency. Applicable sales or indirect taxes, FX fees from your bank, or processor surcharges may appear as separate lines at checkout depending on your location and card issuer.
Are prepaid credit purchases refundable?
Credit packs are generally final and non-refundable once purchased, because credits are consumed when you use eligible services. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion. Read our Refunds & Cancellations policy and contact us if you believe your case qualifies.
What happens when my All-Access period ends?
After the end date, unlimited included access stops and normal credit deductions apply again for metered actions. You can buy another All-Access period or return to credit packs—whatever fits your next month of usage.
Can I move credits to another person’s account?
Credits are tied to the purchasing A-Zing account and are not designed for informal transfers. For corporate consolidation, invoicing, or seat moves, use Enterprise → Custom on Pricing or email sales so we can structure billing correctly.
We need PO billing, DPA, or a custom credit pool—how do we start?
Do you offer education, nonprofit, or volume discounts?
We evaluate mission-driven and high-volume programs case by case. Send your institution type, expected usage, and timeline via Contact; our team will confirm whether a tailored pack or contract applies.
Is my card data stored on A-Zing servers?
Payments are completed through Stripe or Razorpay. Card numbers and authentication data stay with the processor under their PCI scope. We receive payment confirmations and metadata needed to credit your account.
Who should I contact if a charge succeeded but credits did not appear?
Sign in, open Contact, and send the payer email, approximate time, amount, and any receipt or order ID from Stripe or Razorpay. We will reconcile the payment against our ledger and fix the balance if the charge verified.
Can I use credits while traveling outside my home country?
Yes—your wallet is tied to your account, not a single device location. Be aware that checkout currency options and tax treatment may still depend on your payment method’s country and our processor’s rules.

DevCentra, AZI-Git, downloads, and in-app activation.
How much does a DevCentra license cost in credits?
At current settings, purchasing or renewing a DevCentra license via credits uses 25 credits per license term. Exact copy is shown on the DevCentra product page and may change if we update constants—always confirm there before buying.
How much does an AZI-Git license cost in credits?
AZI-Git license purchase or renewal via credits uses 250 credits at current settings. See the AZI-Git product page for the latest numbers and Business vs Standard notes.
Where do I download installers and find my license key?
The dashboard says my license is inactive—why?
Common reasons: the key was deactivated, not yet activated on a device, or the license server state differs from the last copy we stored. Open the product in the app with your email and key, or use the renew flow on the product page if you need a fresh key. Mention “inactive license” in Contact if you need human help.
Do all products use the same login?
Yes. A-Zing uses one email-based account for the website, dashboard, quiz, and credit wallet. Individual desktop or web apps may still ask you to sign in or paste a license key inside the app.
ARC & AZIIPAN (institutions)
Institution packages—not universal credits.
What is ARC?
ARC (Answer Review & Compliance) is for universities and colleges: answer sheets, validation workflows, and audit trails. It is sold in monthly packages by student batch size, not via the credit wallet. See the ARC product page and Pricing for tiers.
What does “exam month only” mean for ARC?
ARC is designed around your institution’s exam period. Usage and commercial terms are aligned to that window—details are explained on the ARC product page and in agreements. It is not a personal always-on subscription.
How does our institution sign up for ARC?
Use Institution signup or the contact paths on the ARC product page. Include approximate student numbers and timeline so we can suggest the right package.
What is AZIIPAN?
AZIIPAN is our AI-assisted digital interviewing platform for hiring teams. Plans are priced by interviews per month (and enterprise options), separate from universal credits. See the AZIIPAN product page and Pricing.
Can we get a demo or custom contract?
Yes. Use Contact or the “Contact sales” paths on ARC and AZIIPAN pages. Describe your organization, country, volume, and security or procurement needs.
